We sell all brand new items, unless it is clearly indicated otherwise.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Money Order, Cashier Check and Paypal (www.paypal.com).
The checkout for the purchase on this website is by Paypal secure checkout system. Registration to Paypal is not required. We do not have your credit card information, what we have is your shipping information.
Texas resident needs to pay a 8.25% sale tax.
The defective item (under normal usage) could be returned to a designated service center for repair or exchange within 30 days of the date received. Some (not all) products have 1 year of limited warranty. Buyer will be responsible for all S/H cost.
Please note that free items do not have any warranty.
Return it in new condition within 7 days of the date received if not complete satisfied, we will promptly issue a refund minus S/H fee and up to 15% restocking fee (restocking fee is wavered if the item is not opened).
- We will exchange for a new one if the item is defective within 30 days of arrival. We will cover the shipping cost both ways.
- We will repair or replace the item free of charge from 31st to 90th day. Buyer needs to pay the shipping to our location.
- From 91st day to 1 year, the buyer needs to pay a small fee for the cost of parts and labor. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
- The warranty is voided if the item is modified or physical damaged, or becomes non-functional due to user error.
Please note that minor problems or imperfections of an item that do not affect main functions are not considered defects of the item. Problems of minor items (like microphones when purchased with a karaoke player) are not reasons for return for defect for the main item. We will provide service (exchange/repair) for the defective items free of charge.
Please also note that for players with karaoke songs there may be some songs, among many thousands of songs, that are misprinted, missing vocal and subtitle and have other problems that happen to all items of the same model. That is quite normal for this type of player, not considered a defect of the player or the midi disc, could not be considered as a reason for return or exchange.
Please also note that there may still have a protective plastic film cover for some players. The film could be opened at various degree at assembly.
Please contact us for a RMA number before you return an item.
The product must be sent carefully packaged. The original carton
is not suitable for shipping. It's strongly recommended to return the product in
its original carton, then place it inside a larger carton ensuring that there is
adequate cushioning to prevent possible shipping damage to the unit. Your
failure to abide by these guidelines may cause your request for warranty service
to be denied,
and the package will be refused and returned to you at your own expense.
The S/H fee for those items with free shipping is considered as the actual shipping cost plus $5.
